Uses For Waste Vegetable Oils
Creating Heat from Waste Vegetable Oil
For the last 6 years I have been working with a technology to enable me to cleanly burn unfiltered waste vegetable oils. My aim has been to be able to produce an Oil Burning Nozzle that does not clog, burns the oil without smoke and is simple. My main target has been heating greenhouses and open workshops. I have now perfected the technology! Anyone who would like to know more please click on the Babington Burner Nozzle Image above left.
Creating Bio Fuel from Waste Vegetable Oil
Did you know that you can produce your own diesel fuel from waste oils at home? Did you know that you are allowed in the UK by law to use up to 2,000 litres a year without paying a penny in duty? Biodiesel can be produced at home for around 40p per litre! Plus Bio Diesel is carbon neutral unlike Diesel you buy at the pump! Email me for more details.
Running
a Stationary Engine on Used Oil
Farm Holdings all around Lincolnshire in the 40’s to 70’s were without mains electricity and many relied on Stationary Engines to produce hot water and electricity. One in particular has played a large part in my life. The British made Lister CS (Cold Start) Diesel Engines. These engines are able to run successfully on heated & filtered used vegetable oil. Anyone who has one and would like to know more drop me an email for more info.
