Richard (Dick) Proenneke - Twin Lakes Accidents
Although Dick Proenneke was, in my opinion, one of the most careful and vigilant wilderness men to have ever lived, he did have his share of close calls. Sometime they where potentially life threatening but somehow he managed to get back to his Log Cabin and rest up with a cup of Vinegar and Honey.
